These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimedQ mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TimedQ lets you discover restaurants, join their queues remotely, receive real-time updates on your position and wait time, and optionally order food ahead while you wait. TimedQ is a technology platform that connects you with participating restaurants; the restaurants remain responsible for seating, food preparation, and service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name and phone number, so restaurants can contact you.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Queues and Orders

  • Wait times and queue positions are estimates provided by restaurants and may change.
  • A place in a queue does not guarantee seating; restaurants manage their own capacity.
  • Orders placed through the Service are fulfilled by the restaurant. Pricing, availability, and preparation are the restaurant's responsibility.
  • You may cancel an order only while it is still pending or accepted, before preparation begins.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
  • Join queues or place orders you do not intend to honor.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by TimedQ and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that wait-time estimates will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimedQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed reservations, food quality, or restaurant service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
